This was super easy and a quick throw together the other night. There isn't a 'real' recipe for this...I'll just tell you what I did ;-)   And it was DELICIOUS!!

Cut & cooked my chicken while baking/broiling my broccoli.

2 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 - 3/4 c. Heavy Cream
2-4 T. Butter
1-2 t. Pesto
1 chopped Garlic clove
1/4-1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese

Added the above ingredients to the chicken and cooked til bubbly! Scooped over my broccoli and liked my plate!! lol... yes, I did! :-)

Airfryer Hamburgers

Image
First attempt at Hamburgers in the Airfryer. They turned out good, but I think I want to try a different temp/time next time. These were done at 350* 18 min.  I think next time, I'll try 375* for 12-14 min.
I didn't make them plain (of course!) and my son didn't even realize what I did to them until after he ate them and we were talking about them :-P Then serve with your favorite toppings!

This is a definite reason to get one! These pork chops were perfectly cooked and so juicy, with such amazing flavor!! You have got to try them and then let me know!! Philly Cheesesteak Cups

These Philly Cheesesteak cups don't look the prettiest, but they taste delicious! I'm not a fan of green peppers, so anytime a recipe 'calls' for green peppers, I use an orange or yellow one. They have a bit of a milder taste than the green ones. Of course, as I always say, change the recipe to suit your preferences!
