Keto Crisp Sandwich (Grilled Sandwich)

This Keto Crisp Sandwich recipe by OhMyKeto is absolutely delicious!! I used a slice of Smoked Turkey Breast and a slice of Off The Bone Ham in my sandwich. She made hers with pickles and mustard and extra cheese along with her meat of choice. This recipe is definitely a keeper! I think I'll dry a BLT with it next! Keto Crisp Sandwich  by OhMyKeto Serves 2 (1g carb per serving) Ingredients 1/2 c. Pork Rind Crumbs 1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese 2 T. Mayo 1 Egg Directions Whisk mayo & egg together. Add cheese & pork rinds. Let 'dough' rest a few minutes. Divide in half. Put 1/2 dough in a cold dry nonstick skillet (8in), no fat/oil needed. (can use a well seasoned cast iron skillet too.) Press down with wet hands or a spatula until a round layer is formed. Put pan over medium/high heat and cook 3-5 min or until crispy, then flip and crisp on the other side.
