The kids & I love this 'new' cake idea! Are you hungry for a piece of cake but don't want to make a whole cake because it'll go to waste? Well, here's your solution...  3-2-1 Cake Take 1 box of Cake mix (any flavor your want!) Add 1 box of Angel Food Cake mix. Mix together and put into either a ziploc bag or air tight container for storage. When hungry for some cake: Put 3 Tablespoons of the above cake mix in a small bowl or mug. Add 2 Tablespoons of water. Mix well. Microwave for 1 minute on high. Viola, your cake is done. Put a little icing on top and eat with a spoon! ENJOY!!
