Ya'll, this recipe is so easy and fun! I was so excited to have 'tacos' again! Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Make round piles/areas (I spread it out a little, but don't leave any holes) of shredded cheese. Bake at 350* for 5-10 min. Mine started to get brown around the edges and bubbly in the center. Pull from over and drape over the edge of a pan or wooden spoon or something to give it the taco shell shape. Let cool. Then fill! That's it! So easy! Enjoy!!

Y'all... I just made the best homemade BBQ Sauce that I have ever tasted!! If you are looking for a really easy and tasty sugar-free BBQ Sauce, you have got to make this one!! I found this recipe on Wholesome Yum's site. I followed the recipe word for word.... except... I added 1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning. It's divine!
