Cloud Bread Cheddar Waffles




Last night I made Sugar-Free Mom's Cloud Bread Cheddar Waffles for the base of my fried egg with a side of Ketogenic Girl's Cauliflower Sausage Stuffing recipe which is in her new cookbook, Keto Essentials. Oh my goodness... It was so delicious!! I know my picture doesn't do it any justice so you will have to try it for yourself!

Cheese Taco Shells

Ya'll, this recipe is so easy and fun! I was so excited to have 'tacos' again! Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Make round piles/areas (I spread it out a little, but don't leave any holes) of shredded cheese. Bake at 350* for 5-10 min. Mine started to get brown around the edges and bubbly in the center. Pull from over and drape over the edge of a pan or wooden spoon or something to give it the taco shell shape. Let cool. Then fill! That's it! So easy! Enjoy!!
