'Breaded' Pork Chops
Ok, I kid you not, these were the BEST 'breaded' pork chops that I have EVER made!! If you've been thinking about purchasing an Airfryer but hadn't so yet, or haven't used yours yet.... This is a definite reason to get one! These pork chops were perfectly cooked and so juicy, with such amazing flavor!! You have got to try them and then let me know!! I do have to premise this recipe with: the measurements in my recipe are estimates because I eye-balled everything!
Breaded Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 c. Pork Rind Crumbs (use a blender or food processor to make crumbs)
- 3/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 t. Garlic Salt
- 1 t. Basil, dried
- 2 t. Oregano, dried
- 3 Eggs
- 7 Pork Chops, thick cut
Directions
- Process pork rinds to get 1 cup crumbs.
- Add parmesan cheese and spices to crumbs and 'process' until well blended.
- Put crumb mixture in a shallow container with sides.
- Beat eggs in a 2nd shallow container with sides.
- Dredge pork chops through eggs and then crumb mixture.
- Place on wire rack for your Airfryer.
- Bake at 370* for 10 min., turn each pork chop over to opposite side and if using 2 layers/racks, switch racks from top to bottom. Bake another 10 min.
- Serve with BBQ sauce if you like. Enjoy!!!!
