'Breaded' Pork Chops

Ok, I kid you not, these were the BEST 'breaded' pork chops that I have EVER made!! If you've been thinking about purchasing an Airfryer but hadn't so yet, or haven't used yours yet.... This is a definite reason to get one! These pork chops were perfectly cooked and so juicy, with such amazing flavor!! You have got to try them and then let me know!! I do have to premise this recipe with: the measurements in my recipe are estimates because I eye-balled everything! Breaded Pork Chops Ingredients 1 c. Pork Rind Crumbs (use a blender or food processor to make crumbs) 3/4 c. Parmesan Cheese 1/2 t. Garlic Salt 1 t. Basil, dried 2 t. Oregano, dried 3 Eggs 7 Pork Chops, thick cut Directions Process pork rinds to get 1 cup crumbs. Add parmesan cheese and spices to crumbs and 'process' until well blended. Put crumb mixture in a shallow container with sides. Beat eggs in a 2nd shallow container with sides. Dredge pork chops through eggs
