Coffee Ice Cream with Chocolate Chips
Coffee is our absolute flavor for Ice Cream/Milkshakes/Drinks, etc. So this recipe came together the other night during a craving, lol! My son finished off the remaining amount when he got home from work that night and the frozen consistency was beautiful! Coffee Ice Cream with Chocolate Chips Ingredients 1 c. Heavy Cream 1 c. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 1/2 c. Homemade Condensed Milk 1 t. Vodka ( I used Rum because that's what I had on hand - to keep from completely freezing) 1 t. Vanilla Extract 1/2 t. Xanthan Gum 1/2 c. Powdered Swerve Chocolate Chips (preferably sugar-free) Directions Combine all ingredients except the Chocolate Chips and whisk together. If using an Ice Cream Maker (mine is a Cuisinart), Pour into the maker and follow the directions. This will take about 20-30 min. Add the Chocolate Chips about 5 min. before your time is up.
