A 'Year' of Change

It has been several months since I've posted anything. I promise to get better at it, but wanted to fill you in on my 'Year' of Change!

In January, we sold our home in PA and moved in with my parents (what a Blessing!) until we knew where we were headed. We lived there for 5 months. 5 months... It truly was a Blessing. However, anyone who has done this before me knows that it also comes with challenges. 2 families trying to use the same space; 2 families who have routines disrupted; 2 cooks trying to use 1 kitchen! That was probably the most difficult aspect (other than bedtime routines...)

Anyway, my mom follows Weight Watchers while we follow Keto. After the first month, I pretty much gave up! My 'Keto' routine was good until dinner time, then it went out the window. So I decided to just roll with it. It wouldn't be forever and I was truly Blessed to be able to stay there while we were in transition.

We finally moved to NC on my birthday this summer and we are back into a normal routine for us.

But... I've not gotten fully back onto the Keto wagon since we moved. My 'cheats' have been outrageous and not only my weight is showing it, but my whole body is telling me to STOP!!

So, for those of you who are having the same issue, I feel ya! Let's make a pact! Let's do this together and let's get back onto that Keto wagon fully and joyfully!

Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope."
