Crepes w/ "Banana's" Foster Syrup


These crepes may look like a messy pile, but they tasted sooo delicious!! I used a skillet that was a bit too big for making crepes. I suggest using a 6-8" skillet, not a 10-12"! Regardless, this recipe from KetogenicGirl is a keeper! I also used the most amazing Banana's Foster Syrup from Mari Emmerich. I do believe that this will be the only syrup I use when it comes to breakfast items. This was Amazing!!

Oh, I almost forgot... I did add a couple things to the Syrup:
1/2 t. Vanilla Extract
1/2 t. Maple Extract
1/2 t. Cinnamon
1/4 t. Xanthan Gum

And, yes, I added her optional Rum Extract!
