Keto Butter Chicken with Naan (Indian)

Oh how I LOVE Indian food!!

Coffee Ice Cream w/ Chocolate Chips!

1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 t. Vanilla Extract
1 t. Instant Decaf Coffee Grinds (add more for a stronger flavor)
1 1/2 T. Swerve
Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

Mix the vanilla, Coffee, & Swerve together. Add the HWCream & mix thoroughly. Add to your ice cream maker and churn/turn on. I can't ever wait very long, so our Keto ice cream is soft. I add the chocolate chips right before I'm ready to scoop it out. I have heard that if you freeze any left overs that it will get solid as a rock. We don't have leftovers! :-P   The recipe above serves 2 small portions.

No worries if you don't have an ice cream maker... just put all ingredients into a mason jar. Put the lid on the jar. Shake the jar for 5 minutes (that's a lot of shaking and I usually ask for help from the family!) Put your jar in the freezer for approx. 1 hour or more. Check your jar for the consistency you want.
